In the latest released players rankings by the International Cricket Council (ICC), India’s batting sensation Suryakumar Yadav has maintained his supremacy in T20 internationals (T20Is).

Suryakumar has consolidated his numero uno spot amongst the batters following after his breathtaking century (111 not out) in the second T20I against New Zealand. The right-hander has gained 31 rating points from the series, and his staggering 890 points keep him way ahead of Pakistan’s Mohammed Rizwan, who is placed second with 836 rating points.

Further, New Zealand’s Devon Conway (788) has leapfrogged Pakistan captain Babar Azam (778) to acquire the third place following his 84 runs during the series against the Men in Blue.

Similarly, India’s stand-in captain for the series against Black Caps, Hardik Pandya, has reached joint-50th among batters courtesy of his unbeaten 30 in the final match, which was tied due to rain, and the tourists ended up clinching the series 1-0. India opener Ishan Kishan (up 10 spots to 33rd), New Zealand duo of Glenn Phillips (up 1 spot to seventh) and Kane Williamson (up 5 spots to 35th) also moved up in the rankings list for batters.

There was no significant change inside the top 10 bowlers’ chart, but Indian pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar has climbed two places to 11th, while New Zealand veteran Tim Southee advanced to two places to 14th. Further, left-arm seamer Arshdeep Singh has progressed to 21st, and spinner Yuzvendra Chahal has jumped eight places to 40th.
